Goldsmith & Complications guarantees the authenticity of the watches sold on its website. Goldsmith & Complications provides a 24-month warranty for every pre-owned watch it sells.
Our warranty protects the watch against manufacturing and mechanical defects. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including – but not limited to – cosmetic damage or normal wear to the strap, crystal, or clasp. In addition, the warranty does not cover damage from accidents, mistreatment, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
Goldsmith & Complications will issue you a warranty card at the time of the sale. No claim can be made without providing the warranty card.
Prior consent from Goldsmith & Complications is required before a third party can test or work on the watch. The warranty will be invalidated if testing or repairs are done without permission.
If the manufacturer’s original warranty is still valid for a pre-owned watch, Goldsmith & Complications may choose to service or repair the watch using the manufacturer’s warranty first.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning your watch to us and insuring it in transit when you send it back to us for inspection. If you have a valid warranty claim, we will pay for the return of your watch once the work has been completed.
Goldsmith & Complications’ warranty covering pre-owned watches is non-transferable.
